We are child-focused

Children and young people are at the center of all our decisions made about their lives and are supported to enable them to determine their own goals within the context of a respectful and caring environment.

We are Trauma-Informed

Therapeutic fostering is not about becoming a therapist, it is a way of parenting a child who missed out on healthy emotional development and milestones in their early years. Traumatised children need extra help and encouragement to develop the positive self-esteem and confidence they need to do well in education and life in general. We have many truly exceptional families who do this impressive work every day.

We are Not-For-Profit

As a not-for-profit social enterprise, our entire surplus income is reinvested into the services and support we provide for foster carers, children and young people. This ensures that we provide the highest standards of care throughout all our services and that we operate a mutually beneficial opportunity to those committed to making a positive difference in the lives and communities we serve.
