We specialise in providing social housing to enable foster carers to foster children and specialised supported housing services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health difficulties and complex needs, in order for them to have safe, secure and suitable housing to meet their needs.

As an organisation we recognise that there is national shortage of good quality safe and suitable property for social housing. We offer a range of properties from 1 and 2 bed apartments and flats to 4-6 bed shared community homes.

We specifically provide housing to enable people to foster children, aswell as  for supported-living and parent and baby homes.

All our homes come with support to enable the tenant to manage their tenancy and live an independent life.

With over 71 bed spaces over 17 properties and ranging from 1 & 2 bed self-contained modern flats and apartments, to 4 & 6 bed community supported homes, our properties are modern and fitted with new and contemporary kitchen’s complete with integrated appliances, spacious living and therapeutic spaces designed to enhance personal independence and to create positive wellbeing.

All our properties are located near shops and public transport and some available parking, alongside off-street parking too.

Our homes are matched with the needs of those we support. They are safe, modern, accessible and located to shops and transport routes.

All our specialist supported homes are carefully selected by the Directors to ensure a perfect balance of successful outcomes for tenants, their families, local authorities, commissioners and our commercial partners.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Our response and support for foster carers


We hope you are all well. We are very much thinking of you all at this difficult time. The health issues and concerns relating to Corona virus (Covid-19) are unfortunately continuing on and we very much hope that this impacts you and your family as little as possible; we do appreciate the challenges that are currently taking place.

As a Fostering Agency supporting children, young people and you, we are monitoring official guidance set out by National Government, Public Health England, The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, World Health Organisation and are adapting our practices as suitably as possible, in order to reduce and minimise the threat and risks posed by Covid-19.
